Consulting Services

NeuraNook LLC provides systems integration consulting services. All project scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements following the free consultation.

Free Consultation

The initial consultation is provided at no charge and includes no obligation. It is an opportunity to assess project feasibility and provide preliminary recommendations.

Project Pricing

Project pricing listed on this website represents typical ranges based on historical projects. Actual pricing is determined during the Discovery & Architecture phase and provided as a fixed-price quote.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.

Intellectual Property

For custom integration projects, clients receive full ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. Reusable components and frameworks may be retained by NeuraNook for use in future projects.

Warranties & Limitations

We provide a 90-day warranty on all development work, covering defects and issues arising from our implementation.

We are not liable for:

• Third-party API changes or service interruptions
• Data quality issues from source systems
• Hardware failures
• Issues arising from modifications made by client or third parties

Platform Disclaimers

NeuraNook LLC is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platforms mentioned on this website, including but not limited to: Ally Financial, SmartAuction, Manheim, ADESA, Frazer, DealerCenter, Wayne Reaves, SAP, Epicor, or QuickBooks.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment for all work completed through the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
