What We Do
Between your ERP, your accounting system, and the documents your customers and suppliers send, there is a layer of work no software covers. People fill that gap by hand: re-keying orders, chasing numbers across systems to price a job, reading everything that arrives to find the few things that need an answer.
- Connect the systems you already have. ERP, accounting, shop-floor tools, supplier portals. Nothing gets torn out. What we build goes in the gaps between those systems, which is where the manual work sits.
- Take the manual step out. We pull the data out of the PDFs, drawings, spreadsheets and emails it arrives in. Where the work is reading and sorting rather than typing, a system can do that too.
- Get what is in one person's head into a system. With that person as the authority on how it should work, not as someone being replaced.
- Build the piece that does not exist yet. When off-the-shelf software will not do it. And we say so when the better answer is to buy it, or to leave it alone.
Our Team
Founded in 2022, NeuraNook is a Charlotte-based team of engineers who design, build and support the systems described on this site, from the first assessment through years of support after go-live. Every system we build is documented and supported by the team, so it never depends on any one person.
Arturas Katutis
CEO
Arturas spent thirty years building systems for banks and capital markets, the kind that are not allowed to break. That includes ten years at Ally Financial, where he led the Corporate Treasury payments platform and later the architecture of the SmartAuction vehicle remarketing platform, and earlier work at Wells Fargo Securities, Bank of America and Wachovia.
The industrial thread runs through the whole career: ERP for wholesale distribution, order management for a manufacturer, production scheduling software, and product and catalog systems for industrial companies.
He founded NeuraNook because the problem in a plant is the same one he spent a career on in a bank: the data is in the wrong place, someone is moving it by hand, and the process runs because one person remembers how. He leads the company and sets the architectural standards every NeuraNook engagement is built to.
